TORONTO -- A one-stop court providing an array of family law services has been opened in a dozen more communities in Ontario, Attorney General Jim Flaherty announced yesterday.
The unified family courts provide all aspects of family law in one court, making the process more convenient and less expensive for litigants, the ministry says.
As well as judges to hear cases, they offer mediation services and information sessions. CP
