Quebec: Quick 911 call saves twoNational Post
MONTREAL - A 12-year-old boy saved his life and that of his nine-year-old sister yesterday by calling 911 after their mother had committed suicide in the garage of their Laval home. Police said they arrived on the scene and broke down the front door as carbon monoxide fumes from the running Mercedes in the garage filled the house. They found the girl unconscious on a sofa in front of the TV and the brother in the garage with his dead mother.
