Mother charged in toddler's death

Little Grand Rapids, Man. -- A 24-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter after the mysterious death last week of her 18-month-old daughter, RCMP said. Officials said the child collapsed in her home Wednesday and died shortly afterward. An autopsy revealed internal injuries that were not consistent with an accident. CP
