This "judge", Leslie Baldwin practices politics by lobbying only to deliver rewards in respect of one group at the expense of others. Not a judge that should be on the bench -- certainly not one you could trust especially if not in her "preferred" group. Of course, this was presented as sympathetic to the women who will not be harassed by the police and the courts, who will not go to jail, and who will not be destroyed.
