"Ottawa stalls Divorce Act changes"
Monday, April 29, 2002, Bruce Cheadle, Canadian Press
The Liberal government, and the Minister of Justice, lie to Canadian again. Undoubtedly this is the second part of the play -- the first being child support laws, that are generally unconstitutional and illegal in Canada, being judged "great". Can these crooks survive in their jobs for long? Make note of the players!!

Confronting Woman-Bashing in the Men's Movement
Tuesday, April 2, 2002, Glenn J. Sacks, iFeminists.com
Many of the strongest supporters of men and fathers are equality seeking women. This is certainly true of the membership of FACT and, if you look through the articles on the website, elsewhere too. These people seek social justice, and when you are right, as this cause is, there is no stopping the cause or the people.

Legal bloodletting
Monday, April 15, 2002, Candis McLean, The Report
Family law and the divorce industry kills another. Is there any question with whom the real culpability lies?
The great divorce cure not exactly rocket science
Monday, April 15, 2002, Candis McLean, The Report
It isn't. Must be all those politicians and judges are rocket scientists, because they still don't get it and would rather continue the abuse of children and families.
Four ways to even the scales
Monday, April 15, 2002, Rick Fowler, The Report
Equitable Child Maintenance And Access Society, Edmonton (ECMAS) outlines some of the items that need urgent action. However, they will not fix the system -- equal shared parenting appears to be the way to support the children of divorce (and their parents).

'It's like a double insult'
Saturday, April 27, 2002, Harvey Rice, Houston Chronicle
Unjustly convicted and eventually released, but may be heading back because he couldn't pay the child support while he was in jail and the state was stealing his marriage and his now-adult children. This man is being forced to pay the state for the life that was stolen from him. U.S. injustice in action -- no different from what we see in Canada.

Women outnumber men by 20% on campus: study
Wednesday, April 24, 2002, Sarah Schmidt, National Post
When you structure schools specifically and purposefully to be anti-male, you get results. Take a look at how the elementary and secondary schools don't work. I would note that the numbers here are incorrect. If you look at The Daily of Statistics Canada for November 8, 2001 for the 1999/2000 school year you will see that the number of full time women is about 30% higher than men, and parttime even higher.

Why should women win custody of the children?
Wednesday, April 24, 2002, Deborah Orr, The Independent
A good article by Deborah Orr, showing some really strong common sense. Maybe some of the judiciary, psychologists, social workers and (fat chance) lawyers could get some.

Dutch government quits over Srebrenica
Tuesday, April 16, 2002, Marcel Van De Hoef, Toronto Star
Remember in Srebrenica the Dutch soldiers separated the men and boys from the women and girls. The women and girls were put into busses and the men and boys were marched over the hill to be slaughtered by the Serbss. This was not a one shot deal, this happened continuously through the days and all could hear the guns and the screams.

Murder-Suicide Under Investigation
Thursday, April 18, 2002, Yahoo!News
Woman kills her 4 year old and herself. This is unusual for women, not men. Women rarely bother to even try to commit suicide, but usually will choose something non-fatal for themselves when they "try". Men feel the guilt and despair in killing, and women who kill just kill?

Mother to accept onus for 2 deaths
Thursday, April 11, 2002, Daryl Slade, Calgary Herald
Mother, Rei Fujii, decides that strapping the kids in, and taking off for a week of partying just might be irresponsible when they both are dead, dead, dead. If killing a husband does not count as murder, do you think that killing kids will really end up with a homicide? Not, it appears, according to Statistics Canada's Homicide Study or to the courts. That is Canadian injustice at work. (see Marilyn Lemak's sentencing below.)

Custody ruling deals a blow to house husbands
Friday, April 19, 2002, Matt Born, The Telegraph
UK Court of Appeal judges, Lord Justice Thorpe and Lord Justice Buxton, come clean on the myth of the "primary caregiver option" -- the truth is that children and fathers don't matter, only women matter in family law court and they can do what they want. There is no equality in these judge's minds -- special classes all the way. It is a truly disgusting revelation of British family law and of the British judiciary.
Mothers matter more
Saturday, April 20, 2002, Dina Rabinovitch, Guardian
Feminist -- the reason why the gender/radical feminist school is often called the superiority/misandric school of feminism -- applauds giving women everything including children because it is only right. Note that having both parents involved in their children's lives is considered as pro-man and anti-woman -- the hallmark of using the kids as a gender weapon.

Ridicule replaces violence
Saturday, April 13, 2002, Sarah Schmidt, National Post
Actually the ridicule has always been with girls -- it is being replaced by violence. This is the excuse as the problem of female bullying is re-exposed as the result of the feminists trying to persecute boys.

Domestic violence courts presume that suspects are guilty
Thursday, April 11, 2002, Dave Brown, The Ottawa Citizen
Domestic violence courts certainly presume guilt. They are purposefully much worse on those who dare plead innocent, even when they are, and more than willing to destroy the lives of their family and children even when there was no violence. Makes one wonder who the violent ones are.
Skirmish fails to scratch the formidable feminist war machine
Tuesday, April 9, 2002, Dave Brown, The Ottawa Citizen
Brown outlines the massive government funded feminist war machine. We believe he is wrong about the gathered working people and professionals dedicated to protecting children. Those only seeking to destroy others while filling their pockets should be swept away.

Island woman guilty of injecting grandson with near-lethal dose of insulin
Thursday, April 11, 2002, Chris Morris, National Post
Another woman, in the case the grandmother, attempts to kill an infant boy. Not that despite the serious of this, the change was assault and not attempted murder. In Ontario, if you yell at your spouse, the police and the courts are required to treat that as attempted murder. Says something as to how little children matter -- almost as it is is a post-natal abortion.

Mother accused of killing infants to plead guilty, lawyer says
Thursday, April 11, 2002, National Post
Guilty plea ahead
Thursday, April 11, 2002, Kevin Martin, Calgary Sun
Murderous Mom, Rie Fujii, who killed her kids so she could have fun, is due to plead. These deaths will also not be homicides as the Crown downplays the seriousness of mothers killing children -- post-natal abortions seems to be their opinion. You can see more about this killer in the news from June - September, 2001 (and one article in December, 2001).

Battered truth syndrome

Man cut off from son at birth must pay support
Saturday, April 6, 2002, Cristin Schmitz, National Post
Another totally terrible, illogical and unjust decision from the Ontario Court of Appeal. As if one can find justice building illogical junk based on flawed social information and terrible past decisions! No wonder the public are embarrassed by these decisions. Judge defends lobbying for abused wives
Thursday, April 4, 2002, Tom Blackwell, National Post
This "judge", Leslie Baldwin practices politics by lobbying only to deliver rewards in respect of one group at the expense of others. Not a judge that should be on the bench -- certainly not one you could trust especially if not in her "preferred" group. '[The letter] showed me that, based on her feminist ideology and gender profiling, she was not open-minded.' Ironically, the Ontario Judicial Council, the group established to protect the image of judges in the minds of the public, are told that the opinion of the public has no relevance. What a hypocritical whitewash this unpublic-public, hearing-with-no-evidence hearing is -- with a questionable psychologist telling judges what their job is. Where is the judicial disclosure of this group?
Judge's beef just 'logical'

Secretive judicial council opens its doors
Thursday, April 4, 2002, Kirk Makin, The Globe and Mail
Open its doors? Certainly only let their selected friendly media know, but no notice to "their" public -- maybe "ultra-secretive" is still the term. Earl Levy certainly indicates where his biases lie.

Dad gets custody after mother's 'spiteful' lies
Wednesday, April 3, 2002, Neal Hall, Vancouver Sun
Children put through hell, one dies, Mom is openly and repeated abusive, and finally with hell on earth proven Dad eventually gets custody of the child left alive -- but the child still alive stays with Mom for the time being. In the meantime, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Robert Edwards says Mom's abuse should have her in jail -- but she isn't. Dad is praised for standing calmly aside for almost 3 years while the court permitted the abuse of his child -- if he hadn't, of course, the abuse would have been forever. I wonder how many of these judges should be in jail too for the abuse -- but aren't. Justice Edwards made a half a difference for one child.

Minnelli sued by stepmother for elder abuse
Wednesday, April 3, 2002, Toronto Star
More elder abuse -- and like so much of it, a woman seems to be the abuser.

Comics as GIF file.
Tuesday, April 2, 2002 and Wednesday, April 3, 2002, Lynn Johnson, Toronto Star and other papers
On April 2 and 3, 2002 Lynn Johnson's comic strip "For Better or For Worse" had two strips of intimate violence of two women attacking a man. Of course, all this guy was doing was sleeping around on his live-in (one woman) with his girl-friend (the other woman). Read the Hadley inquest stories, and the contents of Bill 117, on this site to see that this two women should, according the "law" and the bureaucrats should be locked up in jail indefinitely and stripped of all their worldly possessions. Of course, this was presented as sympathetic to the women who will not be harassed by the police and the courts, who will not go to jail, and who will not be destroyed. With double standards, we know that equality will never be achieved.

Judges get course aimed at cutting bad convictions
Monday, April 1, 2002, Cristin Schmitz, National Post

Accepting evidence out of court
Monday, April 1, 2002, Candis McLean, The Report
More on the non-public, and supposedly "not done", part of how the courts destroy families and use family law to destroy non-custodial parents. Judge James Foster certainly did that to this man and his family. Is it any wonder that anger is the result of this betrayal by the judicial system?
